By the UC road, in parish of St Columb Major (Restormel District), at St Eval turn, on apex of junction. Lost since 1970. Inscription on South face reads:- : MAWGAN / {arrow} / St Columb / {arrow} : Carved bench mark and rivet on top. Grade II listed.
