Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of OLVESTON (SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE District), Tockington, West of village, inset into North side of wall, Upper Tockington Road. Erected by the Sodbury Division turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- TO (Chipping Sodbury) (9) Carved benchmark lower right. Milestone Society National ID: GL_SYAU09.
