Carved stone plaque by the A418, in parish of THAME (SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE District), North Street; set in wall of No. 45, on corner with Moor End Lane, at first floor level in wall, on South side of road. Erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : THAME / Miles / {pointing hand to left} / To AYLESBURY 9½ : Milestone Society National ID: OX_AYTH09A.
