Carved stone post by the B2070 (was A3), in parish of BRAMSHOTT AND LIPHOOK (EAST HAMPSHIRE District), Newtown, by entrance to Bohurst Manor, on grass verge, on West side of road. Hartford limestone diamond, erected by the Portsmouth & Sheet Bridge turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : Liphook / 1 Mile : : HYDE PARK CORNER / 4(4) : : PETERS / FIELD / 8 / MILES : : PORTSMOUTH / 2(5) : Grade II listed.
