Taken from the crossroads of Cherry Street and North Road. This looks down Audley Range towards the centre of Blackburn, through a community of Asian origin. I only found out after I had taken this photograph, that I was standing outside the terraced house where A. Wainwright was born. The king of Fellwalkers and Grandfather of grumpy old men.
