Tirril Way is a residential cul-de-sac off Mallowdale, with houses dating from the late 1970s. This corner of the estate is a postcode anomaly, a small annexe of TS7 (Marton) in what might more logically be part of TS8 (Nunthorpe). The local roads and cul-de-sacs are named after locations in Cumbria: Tirril is a village name, as is Torver (from the adjacent Torver Mount).
