Shown on the 1907 1:2500 map as "Bible Christian Chapel" - the Bible Christians were a 19th century British Methodist movement (1815-1907) and their archive website http://www.mybiblechristians.org.uk/ records it as "Zion Chapel St Austell" built in 1891 and closed in 1994. By 1934 the map just labelled it "Methodist Church". See Image for the front view.
