Daffodils in bloom on the corner of Lodge Road and St Cadoc's Close on December 31st 2018 at the end of a month which locally had a mean air temperature of 8.0 degrees Celsius (46.4 Fahrenheit), 2.4 degrees C (4.3 degrees F) above the 30-year December mean temperature.
