We were attending Christmas morning service in the Methodist church which is in the middle of the row of houses on the right. Note the 20 mph speed limit signs. In Formby many individual residential streets have 20 mph speed limits, the larger roads still have 30 mph limits, so there are hundreds of speed limit signs.
