Virgin Media are peddling their services outside the NatWest Bank which is sandwiched between Admiral ('If you’re looking for the ultimate casino slots experience available in Stockton...') and a solicitors. Perhaps you take your money out of the bank, lose it all on the casino slots and file for bankruptcy at the solicitors. More cheerily the market stall is full of Christmas goods.
