Sevenoaks bus station, Buckhurst Lane

This is Sevenoaks' second bus station. The first one was situated a short distance to the north-west in Bligh's Meadow on the opposite side of the High Street. It was opened in 1936 and closed in 1991 so that its site could be used for a commercial development. The present bus station opened in 1992 and is on a much reduced scale from that of its predecessor.
