At one time part of the Tanners Wine emporium on Wyle Cop, but apparently no longer signed as theirs. The building was erected around 1800, probably still has its original shopfront of that date, and attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101255111-26-wyle-cop-shrewsbury#.XABaqNSLTGg in 1953.
