Situated in Market Street RG14 5DP, this bus station was opened in the early 1970s replacing the one in The Wharf. However, it is due to be closed on Saturday 1st December 2018 with the site being earmarked for housing development and a car park. The Kennet Shopping Centre can be seen behind the bus station, whilst the redbrick building to the left of the photo is boarded up, and will probably be demolished in due course.
