Looking across the western edge of Image towards new buildings which have been erected over the last couple of years and are now partly occupied. The corner building occupies a site of a long-demolished building which was used for a couple of decades as a car park: Image To the left is the Premier Inn which is deeper than it is wide, and for which the office block New Century House was demolished. (I don't appear to have photographed New Century House other than in the picture of the roundabout linked above.) Beyond that is Image which, when vacated by the Borough Council in 2010, was eventually taken over by Parkfield School. The school relocated to Hurn for September 2017 and the building has been vacant ever since, its ground-floor windows boarded up. Completing the new construction is, to the far right, along St. Swithun's Road South, yet another student accommodation building for Bournemouth University. See Image for a similar view taken during construction in March 2017.
