Wallingford High Street runs east - west with the result that for most of the year frontages on the south side are in the shade. But for a few weeks at midsummer the Sun gets high enough for a bit of morning and evening brightness on this side of the street. In fact, only morning for the Tandoori Restaurant which is at a slightly different angle. This picture was taken on Midsummers Day.
