Former engine shed

Now within the yard of a road haulage company, the shed was built in 1866 for the South Devon Railway Company when the Newton Abbot to Moretonhampstead branch line was opened. An early example of a broad gauge railway engine shed. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1390818
