Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/17/01114 for an “outline application for up to 50 dwellings (comprising up to 35 market dwellings and up to 15 social rented dwellings), new public footpaths, associated landscaping and creation of access (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of development to be reserved)”.
