The former LATHOL Administration Building. London and Thames Haven Oil Wharves Ltd. began preparing the site for this in summer 1964 between the Manorway and the parallel remains of the old Corringham Light Railway. It was first occupied in November 1965. The company was later taken over by Shell who ceased operations in the area in 2002. The building has survived demolition of just about everything else to serve the new port being built here, or possibly just those building it.
