In late September 2018 about 25 vans made their way into the maintenance area of Warwick Racecourse http://warwick.thejockeyclub.co.uk The Jockey Club, proprietors of the course, were reported to have applied for a court order to enforce the families to vacate the site within 48 hours. My informant, half Italian, observed that in Italy the response would be a faster, more forceful eviction.
