A welcoming Brewer's Tudor-style pub on Western Street. Central counter, with drinking areas front, right and back; pool room downstairs, and stage for cabaret acts. Dark wooden panelling and original glasswork in the front windows, with sunbursts. Cask ale on offer at my visit: Harvey's Best Bitter.
