184 Deansgate on the left was formerly the Inland Revenue office and more latterly Oddfellows House. Together with #186 which was the High Court Registry it is a Grade II listed building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1210068 and dates from 1896. On the right is 1 Spinningfields Square designed by Allied London for the Royal Bank of Scotland who have made it their North-West headquarters. It was built on the site of the former Northcliffe Building which was demolished in 2002. Image Image
