Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y17/1428/SH for “roof level extensions to flat E, 8, Trinity Crescent (as permitted Y14/1301/SH) and flat 12, 10, Trinity Crescent (as per LDC Y15/0442/SH), including infilling of redundant lift shaft, additional access staircase to flat 16 and creating additional habitable space at third and fourth floor levels of both flats.
