Now a private dwelling known as the "Old Drill Hall", records show that this was used for drill practise by 'B' Squadron of the Norfolk Yeomanry, the 3rd Volunteer Battalion of the Norfolk Regiment (cited in Kelly’s Directory, 1904) and the 5th Battalion of the Norfolk Regiment, a detachment of F Company (cited in Kelly’s Directory, 1912).
