Part of a small group of early 19th century house/shop developments, which include the bakery on the corner of Bank Street and Park Place Image and which were collectively Category B listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200372093-elie-1-and-3-bank-street-and-1-park-place-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W2XJ0dQrLGg in 1980.
