For future reference, this is a topical photo from Summer 2018 when the extremely unpopular US president Donald Trump visited Britain. His tour was marked by widespread hostile demonstrations and this mural reflects the feeling of the time. Trump is carrying a sign saying "Make America Hate Again" a parody of his "Make America Great Again" slogan. He is shown wearing a nappy, or diaper, a reference to the official abuse of children which was sanctioned by his regime.
