This is a block of offices recently converted to residential use after the law changed allowing commercial blocks to become residential with no applications. The same has happened to the two on Hanger Lane (Westgate and Westworld) and the Green Shield Building in Edgware. Many tenants were given notice and asked to leave, some after decades of occupation.
