Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application numbers DOV/17/01169 for the “conversion to dwelling to include removal of existing and erection of new internal partitions, formation of new opening at 1st floor, replacement of window with garage doors to single storey, insert new openings to rear addition and clad with weatherboard” and DOV/17/01168 for the “installation of garage doors to SE elevation and replacement windows and doors to NE and NW elevations (existing screen window to SE elevation to be removed)”.
