As a prequel to the main "Bee in the City" event, a trail of 131 "mini bee" sculptures was set up around Manchester city centre and some outlying areas such as Heaton Park. Each of these "little bees" was designed by local schoolchildren, youth groups and adult community groups. This one, entitled "Buzzin’", is on display at the Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford Quays.
