Road of large houses on the crest of the North Downs, which maps suggest was developed in the 1920s or thereabouts. Only the south side is developed, with views over St Martha's Hill to the south. A number of the houses have since been demolished and redeveloped. Chantry House, see here, is one such example, redeveloped in around 2017.
