I'm not sure who was occupying this office block in 2006, which is probably why I didn't submit this photo at the time. The name Whatman is displayed on a stone plaque in a small section of wall on the SW corner of the plot which leads me to speculate it was built for the papermakers Whatman https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whatman_plc who have a mill at Springfield https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/95090 but it seems odd to have offices some distance from the works. James Whatman's name does turn up on roads in the area. The 20/20 estate was built in the early 1990s. The building appears to be occupied by several different companies in 2018.
