This workshop > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4418072 has stood empty for many years but it would seem that Tradervan will soon be moving in. Note that the clock above the shed's doors has not moved since the last time I photographed it three years ago, and the former owner recently informed me that it actually has not moved in about 23 years.
