57 Dale Street is a Grade II listed building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1282971 built in 1913. Originally various warehouses and a mantle factory and more recently a mail-order warehouse and clothing factory before being converted into flats. Above the third is a frieze with inlaid gold-coloured "FRED W MILLINGTON LTD" but now rather faded.
