A kebab house for sale at 90 Abbey Street. The agents’ description includes “A prominent commercial premises located in the town centre. The premises has planning for hot food use and comes with the required infastructure [sic] including a commercial gas supply (meter condition unchecked) and extraction system. There is a large ground floor area with two rooms to the first floor and two rooms on the second floor. There is toilet facilities on the first floor. Outside there is a small yard area”. I have no connection with the premises or the sale. My impression is that hot-food carry outs tend to turn over quite quickly in Abbey Street and High Street.
