This School was built in 1847 under the direction of Queen Adelaide who designed the school. It is a building of historic interest and is now owned by the Parish of Portadown (St. Mark's) and used by their Scout Troop. Update. This building has been extended at the back and the interior has been completely renovated. It was officially opened on 20th November 2014 and is now still used by the St. Mark's 4th Portadown Scouts. It can be hired from them for Functions and Events such as Antiques and Collectables Fairs, Birthday Parties, Coffee Mornings, Fitness Classes, Rugby Sessions for young children and many more.
