A four-storey stone tower, built in the Italianate style, with far-reaching views across rolling countryside. Each floor barely measures 10ft by 10ft. This was a folly built for Bishop Copplestone in 1843 apparently to enable him to see his diocese of Llandaff across the Bristol Channel.
