It seems everyone chucks their litter over the fence or wall onto the railways in these parts, or just drop it in the street, in gardens or beside the path, and it's accepted and left. It's almost everywhere you look. The over riding impression from walking the Weardale Way and nearby streets from the South Hylton Metro terminus towards the University.
