A three-coach mid-morning train from Cambridge to Ipswich approaches Cherry Hinton Bypass Level Crossing. The picture is a slightly foreshortened telephoto shot, taken through the security fence next to the crossing gates. Houses on Speedwell Close and Lucerne Close back on to the railway.
