Statue of Billy Wright in front of the Billy Wright Stand, part of Molineux Stadium, the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers. The sculptor was James Butler and it was unveiled by Billy Wright's widow, Joy (one of the singing group, the Beverley Sisters) in 1996. The statue was recently restored after it was hit by a car in January 2017. Billy Wright played for 'Wolves' during one of the club's most successful periods during the 1950s when they won the old First Division three times.
