Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//17/01156 for the “proposed erection of detached three and a half storey building for student accommodation with basement area comprising of 52 bedrooms, following demolition of existing dwelling together with associated landscaping, parking, bin & cycle structures”.
