Part of the Grade II listing reads "Two dwellings, formerly three with a shop, dividing an original single dwelling. C16 with later C16 or C17 jettied extensions and C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-framed and plastered with C20 pargetted panels replacing C17 geometric patterned pargetting".
