Berkswell Hall dates from the early 19th century, and was Grade II* listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101075969-berkswell-hall-berkswell#.WqLTc9SLTGg in 1976. It was built for Sir John Eardley Eardley Wilmot in 1814, but has recently been converted to private apartments although it still lies within the landscaped grounds of the Berkswell Estate.
