Built next to the now abandoned Palace Gates to Seven Sisters railway line this electricity sub station survives. The stone carved acronym, NMEPSCo, to the front of the structure stands for North Metropolitan Electric Power Supply Company. Clearly something to be proud of at the start of the twentieth century.
