A Chinese takeaway and estate agency at the start of Carisbrooke Road, at its junction with Pyle Street and High Street. In front of them is a former drinking trough with the inscription "In memory of Sir Barrington Simeon, Bart 1850 - 1909". It is similar to many provided by the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association, although there is no indication that it is actually one installed by them.
