Didsbury Point

Didsbury Point is what used to be the Withington Hospital, now apartments. This is the less than decorative rear aspect, with the well-known tower above. It's still a grade II listed building, no matter what side you are looking at (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1220295 )
