On Deansgate, backing onto St. Anne's Square. An uncommon remaining example of a city-centre Victorian eating and drinking establishment. Externally, covered in terracotta tilework, and internally with glazed tile walls. Listed by Historic England (Grade II). Five cask ales on offer at my visit. http://tomschophouse.com/
