This is brand new waste disposal plant situated in the middle of Hull's central industrial area. The reflection is coming off the very muddy, tidal River Hull which flows beside the new works. The red light in the top left had corner of the photo is the air traffic warning beacon for the now-redundant 137m 'Reckitt's Blue' chimney a little further upstream.
