Nearby occupiers in close proximity to the subject property include Freshii, Hotel Chocolate, Jo Malone, Sapce [sic] NK, Home, Matchetts and Patisserie Valerie. Description The subject retail unit comprises of sales on the ground floor with sales and office accommodation at mezzanine level.
