Alvecote Woods on Robeys Lane. Was put up for auction in August 2007. In the photograph there is dilapidated former agricultural building of concrete block construction. The building previously had planning permission for conversion to a commercial workshop although this has at the time of submission now lapsed. The estate agent sign says the woods have been sold subject to contract.
