Now used for small businesses, this former Tilling-Stevens factory is a grade II listed building. It was built in 1917 by Wallis, Gilbert and Partners, in collaboration with Truscon, for Tilling-Stevens Ltd. It is an example of a factory designed using the American Kahn Daylight System.
