The postbox used to stand next to Newport Street Post Office Image which was on the other side of the road and the railway Image That row of shops was demolished in 2013 Image to make way for the building of the new bus station. The Post Office moved into a vacant shop on this side of the road next to Campcraft. The postbox was relocated just around the corner by one of the pedestrian entrances to Morrisons and the bottom of the Bolton Arch Image
